From West of the Capitol District
take the Thruway (I-90) east to the exit 24N of the Northway (I-87); then head north to exit 7E Rt 7
From North of the Capital District
take the Northway (I-87) south to exit 7E Rt 7
From South of the Capital District
take the Thruway (I-87) north to exit 24N of the Northway (I-87); then head north to exit 7E Rt 7
once you have exited the Northway on 7E take 7 East to Troy
From Albany take 787 North to exit 9E off of 787 to RT 7 East to Troy
From Schenectady take Rt 7 to Troy
stay on Rt 7 and travel through Troy to Pittstown (about 10mi)
at Parker School Rd (flashing light) turn right and then make your next left
and start looking for the F & R Body Shop sign on the right!
From points in Vermont or Massachusetts or East of Troy
From the East of Bennington
take VT Rt 9 thru Bennington and follow that into NY where it turns into NY Rt 7
From Mass and points south of Bennington
Take Mass/VT Rt 7 north to Bennington and then take VT Rt 9 west into NY where it turns into NY Rt 7
From Vermont and points north of Bennington
Take VT Rt 7 south to Bennington and then take VT Rt 9 west into NY where it turns into NY Rt 7
Pittstown is on NY Rt 7 about 9mi from the NY/VT border
at Parker School Rd (flashing light) turn left and then make your next left
and start looking for the F & R Body Shop sign on the right!
